Fargo officers busted 32 people for not wearing seatbelts

Fargo officers busted 32 people for not wearing seatbelts during a special campaign in January.

During the department’s Click–It or Ticket effort, 87 total traffic tickets were issued.

Officers were also looking for speeding, red light and stop sign violations, and texting/distracted driving.

In 2013, nearly 60 percent of motor vehicle fatal victims were unbuckled.
