The nation’s leading habitat organization hosted a night of food, fun and friends

The 29th annual Pheasants Forever Fundraising Banquet was held tonight.

They raffled off prizes and gave out Pheasants Forever memberships.

The money raised is spent in the Clay County area by planting trees and food plots and buying lands for hunting purposes.

The organization hopes to increase the number of kid hunters in the area, since it has been recently declining.

“Children are declining in numbers for hunting. We’re trying to help keep that, sustain that number, so that kids can enjoy the same things that we, us, adults have enjoyed for years.”
