Fargo Force Reads To Elementary School

Hockey players take a break from the ice to read to elementary students.

Four Fargo Force hockey players visited five first grade classrooms at Bennett Elementary School in Fargo to read to students.

They also talked about the importance of establishing good and life–long reading habits.

The players even signed some autographs for their young fans.

Fargo Force Player Alec Marsh says, “It’s just good to give back to the local community. They do a lot for us and they support us which is really important and these are some of the little things that we can do to help out and we love doing it.”

The Fargo Force hockey season is nearing the end but you can catch their next home game at Scheel’s arena on April 4 against the Omaha Lancers.
