Charges Dropped Against Man Accused of Punching Downtown Employee

Charges filed after a fight outside a downtown Fargo bar in December are dropped.

Twenty-one-year-old Alexander Lee was accused of punching and causing serious injury to an employee of “The Boiler Room.”

Prosecutors decided to drop the charges against Lee after cellphone video of the fight appeared to show what they considered “mutual combat.”

Lee was blacklisted from many bars after his arrest.
