Justin Bortle Headed For DUI Trial

A trial date is set for a Moorhead man, accused of driving drunk in January and ending up on the frozen Red River.

The trial for Justin Bortle will begin May 14.

Bortle was arrested back in January and charged with DUI after losing control of his car and ending up on the river.

He got stuck in slush and called for a tow.

The tow truck driver noticed Bortle was drunk and called authorities who arrested  him.
