Investigation Confirms Arson; No Arrests in Fargo House Fire

Fargo investigators find that a fire last May at a house converted into three apartments was arson.

But police say they don’t have enough evidence to make an arrest.

A neighbor used a ladder to rescue two people from an upper level unit at 1017 7th Street North.

The porch of the building was on fire when police first arrived.

Lt. Joel Vettel says the case is still open, but its now considered an inactive investigation.
