There are seven potential sites under consideration.

TJ and Alison, there’s no doubt that parking downtown isn’t easy, especially for people that work and live there.
The city has decided that a parking structure is needed but now they need to decide where to put it.

Tom Smith doesn’t worry about parking downtown.
“Parking for all of our employees is very easy we just ride our bikes.”
But for most downtown business owners, parking is a problem.
The city estimates a deficit of anywhere from 400 to 600 spots.
“We know we’ve got a parking demand downtown.”
A local construction company has established seven sites around downtown Fargo that could support a parking structure.
“The sites that we’re looking at could help downtown expand in all four directions.”
