Law Firm Packs Pressure on Fargo Public Schools on Pro-Life Debate

A national law firm is giving Fargo Public Schools a one week deadline to approve two pro-life clubs.

The Thomas More Society’s latest response to the district includes a completed application on behalf of Katie McPherson to start the club Davies Teens for Life.

They say Brigid O’Keefe already submitted an application for Spartans for Life.

They set a deadline of April 28th.

Lawyers claim the school district violated the girl’s rights to start the anti-abortion clubs under the Equal Access Act.
