People in Fargo help animals while receiving a free lunch.
The Homeward Animal Shelter hosted their first ever Spay-gehtti and No Balls lunch.
People were invited to the Holiday Inn to feast on spaghetti, salad and breadsticks.
The event also included door prizes.
Donations were accepted for the shelter’s spay and neuter program.
Heather Clyde, Shelter Manager: “We feel it’s very important to spay or neuter prior to adoption so were not sending more animals out into the community to potentially over populate the community with even more pets in need of homes.”
More than 200 people attended this year’s event.
