Police Release Name Of Woman Found In The Red River

The victim has been identified as Toni Louise Grangruth a 36-year-old female from Fargo.

Dispatch got the call just before 1pm Thursday that a body was floating between First Avenue North and NP Avenue.

The three witnesses on the scene spotted the body while they were fishing along the river.

They say the body was floating before it got stuck in between rocks.
