Local services are asking for your help with the Lutheran World Relief Drive.

Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota and Midwest Motor Express are collecting quilts and various kits until Thursday for their annual relief drive.

Many of the materials collected will go towards those affected in Nepal.

It’s estimated that more than 4.7 million people in 35 countries are helped through the drive.

This year, you can track where your donated quilts and kits are going.

Lutheran Social Services Kristi Becker Ulrich said, “Well I think it’s really a nice thing as a community. It’s important to us to go all the way around to see how we can help our neighbors, and our neighbors can be world-wide, not just right next to us.”
