A PATH for Foster Care
Sorry, this video is no longer available
Foster parents are needed in our area.
PATH of North Dakota is a non-profit organization that provides treatment foster care.
It’s more extensive than traditional foster care.
Parents receive training and are certified in medication monitoring and crisis intervention.
PATH serves 120 families in Fargo and 115 individual children.
They recently moved to a bigger space to help with the growing need in our community.
PATH Development Director Hank Marotske said,”Children heal better, they do better when they’re in homes with families. We believe that. What PATH provides is treatment foster care which is a higher level of care very equal to what residential treatment would be but rather than doing that we have highly specialized, highly trained very caring very loving homes that take these children in and support them.”
