Flooding Takes Over Part of Elm Street in Fargo

The city of Fargo has closed Elm Street between 14th and 15th Avenues because of water on the road.

According to the current flood graphs, the Red River is just over 19 feet but is expected to fall over night.

Minor flood stage is 18 feet.

With more rain in the forecast this week, the river is at risk for rising again.
