Grills Are Blazing At New Fargo Restaurant

A new restaurant has turned on its wood–fired ovens for business.

Porter Creek Hardwood Grill features a classic American menu with California and Mediterranean influences.

Their wood–fire rotisserie and wood–fired oven are key for their chef–driven menu with almost every item made from stratch.

1555 44th Street South is the brand’s second location with the other in Burnsville, Minnesota and it’s also a sister concept of Dolittles Woodfire Grill.

Porter Creek Hardwood Grill Co-Owner John Sheehan says, “The brand Porter Creek is really rooted in deep American tradition. It stems from a couple trips I took my team out to California in Napa and Sonoma and was inspired to create a restaurant that reflected all that we learned while we’re out there.”

Porter Creek Hardwood Grill is open Monday through Sunday 11 am to 11 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 11 am to midnight.

This new restaurant had a few additional things to tell us about their opening that we were not able to include in our newscast so we have posted that exclusive above.
