$1 Million Bail for Robbery & Police Shootout Suspect
Bail is set at $1 million for the man accused of shooting at Fargo police after allegedly holding up Howard Johnson’s in downtown Fargo.
Judge Tom Olson headed to Sanford Medical Center where Eric Webb has been treated since last Thursday’s shootout.
The Cedar Rapids, Iowa man is charged with two felony counts of robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 8th.
Authorities say Fargo police officer Matt Niemeyer fired two rounds at Webb after he fired at police.
