Grand Forks Teens Charged With Terrorizing

The Grand Forks Police Department received a phone call from a person threatening to shoot students at Central High School on March 24.

Additional officers were assigned to Central High School for the following day.

Police determined the threat was likely a hoax.

Two 15-year-old residents from Grand Forks have been charged with false reports to law enforcement and conspiracy to commit terrorizing for the Central High School threat.

The teens are also charged for several other hoax emergency phone calls.

Charges have been forwarded to Juvenile Court for review.
