House Party Shooting: Williston Man May Be Member of Sons of Silence Gang
A Williston man is accused of shooting another man after a fight at a nearby house party.
Nash Wollan is charged with aggravated assault, terrorizing and carrying a concealed weapon after police say he shot Michael Raphael early Saturday morning.
Raphael was hit under an arm and paralyzed.
Wollan could face up to 16 years in prison if convicted.
Police report that Wollan says he is a member of the Sons of Silence motorcycle gang but that authorities do not believe the shooting was gang-related.
