TEDx makes its way back to Fargo for the sixth time.

It’s a full-day conference featuring speakers, musicians, and opportunities to relax and connect with the community. This year’s theme, “wonder”.

TEDxFargo is an independently organized TED event created in the spirit of ideas worth spreading.

It is the largest of its kind in the region.

MSUM President Anne Blackhurst was just one of the days more than 20 speakers.

“The people who come I think are people who are interested in new ideas. They tend to be creative and forward thinking. And so when you get folks together in a room that have those qualities, the energy intensifies and it’s just a great experience,” Blackhurst says.

The annual Fargo event started in 2011 with a limit of 100 people.

This year they expected around 1,700.
