MSUM Dragon Football family put their helmets and pads on the shelf to raise money at the 6th annual Ross Fortier Golf Classic.

The tournament brings past and present MSUM football athletes and staff together.

All proceeds from the event go towards the funding of future football scholarships.

Competitors in the event had the chance to win door prizes, and participate in a live auction.

“Make it more fun for the golfers. Give them more prizes just a good time, and also try to raise money,” said Committee Member and MSUM Football Alumni Ross Fortier.

The tournament raised $8,000 last year, and is hoping to double that this year.
