Picnic in the Park For Public School Employees

Fargo Public School District employees come together for a picnic.

The Fargo Board of Education invited more than 200 employees to enjoy burgers and chips.

The annual picnic lunch is to show appreciation for the employees’ hard work over the summer months.

Along with the food, prizes were also awarded.

Fargo School Board President Linda Boyd said,”It’s such a fun chance to be with the folks who really are so dedicated and to just see them relax a little bit. And they’re working hard to get the buildings ready for all the kids and it’s a real treat to do that.”

Prizes at the picnic were donated by various businesses and restaurants throughout the community.
