Safari Cinema Temporarily Closed

 Marcus Safari Cinema in Moorhead is temporarily closed for upgrades.
 
The theater is scheduled to reopen Friday with new digital projection equipment.

This will replace their old 35 millimeter film projection.

Marcus Theatres announced last year that Safari was going up for sale because they did not want to pay to change to digital, but has since changed its mind.

They will continue to show second-run movies at a discount price.
