You’ll notice rainbow flags adorning Broadway in downtown Fargo all week long.

It’s the 15th year of the Fargo-Moorhead Pride week.

The celebration is packed with events such as a pride dance party, a 5k and a parade.

The week is to show support and highlight accomplishments of the Fargo-Moorhead LGBT community.

Samantha Adank said, “I think it’s fantastic that we’re turning this very seemingly controversial issue and making it a community wide celebration I think there are so many activities that people have set up throughout the week that you can participate in that’s comfortable for you.”
 
Event Schedule:

Thursday August 13th:

  • All Ages Bowling
    6 – 10pm – All Star Bowl – Free Will Donation (309 17th St N, Moorhead)
  • Karaoke & Trivia
    9pm – Rhombus Guys Pizza – Free Will Donation (606 Main Ave, Fargo)

Friday August 14th:

  • Youth Pride Drag Show
    9pm – Midnight – Studio 222 – All Ages – $5 Under 21 | $10 21+ (222 Broadway N, Fargo)
  • Pride Dance Party
    9pm – 2am – The Aquarium Dempsey’s – 21+ – $10 (226 Broadway N, Fargo)

  • Interfaith Service
    Reception at Noon / 12:30pm Service – Fargo Theatre (314 Broadway N, Fargo)
  • Pride Parade
    2pm – Downtown Fargo
  • Pride Rally
