Fatal Crash Near Forman

A 29-year-old Gwinner man who wasn’t wearing his seatbelt died in an early morning crash near Forman.

Cody Christensen was driving a truck north on a gravel township road when it drifted off the roadway into a ditch around 2 a.m. Sunday.

He then overcorrected the truck causing him to slide sideways and roll into another ditch.

Christensen died at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
