Glyndon Police Seize 88 Pounds Of Marijuana
There was a major drug bust in Clay County after a police officer stopped a vehicle with expired tabs.
The officer smelled marijuana and called for backup.
Police found a safe with 88 pounds of marijuana and a 9 mm handgun.
Police Chief Mike Cline says the driver gave officers permission to search the vehicle. He also gave them the combination to a safe.
The man is facing multiple drug related charges, felon in possession of a firearm and driving with expired tabs.
His name has not been released at this time.
