Community Supports Local Toddler Battling Meningitis

A local toddler battling meningitis has the community fighting for her.

More than 200 people enjoyed a spaghetti lunch at Labby’s while browsing silent auction items from UND hockey tickets to salon gift cards, all in hopes of raising at least $5,000 for Willow Erickson.

That’s how much Lend A Hand will match for Willow.

She spent a month in Sanford Hospital and will continue to need ongoing medical care and therapy.
