Illegal U-Turn Ends with Semi Crash

A car making an illegal U-turn gets hit by a semi on I-94 east of Moorhead.

The crash that happened after 7 this morning injured four people including both drivers.

The car was heavily damaged.

None of the injuries were life-threatening.

The driver of the car is facing charges of careless driving, possession of marijuana, and driving without a license, registration and insurance.
