A major drug bust and two men are in custody after a warrant was issued for their arrest on Thursday.

45-year-old Cory Stevens of Fargo and 43-year-old Charles Erdmann of Minneapolis were arrested at Super 8 in Fargo.

Investigators seized about $100,000 worth of narcotics along with two firearms, 2006 BMW and over $23,000 in cash.

The illegal drugs consisted of methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin.

“We have seen a continual rise in our narcotics trafficking in this area,” says Lt. Tory Jacobson.

This is said to have disrupted a large scale narcotics trafficking organization in the metro.

The capture is credited to the work of a collaboration of Narcotic Task forces: Agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Lakes of River Task Force, Cass County County Drug Task Force, Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) and investigators from the Moorhead, Fargo and West Fargo Police Departments.
