Sugar Beet Spill Causes Traffic Jam on Highway 10

A lane along Highway 10 closes when a truck lost its load of sugar beets this morning.

The driver made a turn from 21st Street North when the back gate opened.

It caused a minor traffic jam but the lane was clear within the hour.

The beets are in the ditch waiting to be picked up.

The driver was cited for an unsecured load.
