North Dakota Heart Gallery Helps Foster Children Find Forever Homes

The 8th annual North Dakota Heart Gallery is giving foster children hope that they can find a forever home.

Thirty portraits were unveiled at the kickoff event for the largest Heart Gallery yet.
The North Dakota Heart Gallery pays for a new outfit and a photo session for foster children.

The portraits are then displayed around the state, with the goal of finding families to permanently adopt the children.

The Heart Gallery has helped more than 50 kids feel special, and find a permanent home.

“The whole experience of a photo session is such an excitement for these kids. To be able to go buy the special outfit and have the photo session. Many of the youth served in the gallery have never had that experience before,” says gallery board member Leanne Johnson
