Proud Grover Returns as Key Note Speaker

Oak Grove Lutheran School held their annual dinner with keynote speaker John Brekke.

The dinner was to celebrate their mission to express God’s love by nurturing students for academic achievement, lifelong Christian commitment and loving service throughout the world.

The private school being a Pre–Kindergarten through 12th grade has a long list of alums.

Proud Grover John Brekke returned to speak about how the school has impacted him.

 “There was some people that touched my life. For a short period of time, considering how old I am, but at the same time had significant impact on me. So I’m enjoying sharing my gratitude that I have for this school. And what it’s given to me in creating the kind of life I’ve been able to lead,” says alumni, John Brekke.

Brekke graduated from Oak Grove in 1961.

Since then, he specializes in strategic planning with organization leaders out of Minneapolis.
