Suspects Quickly Caught After South Fargo Burglaries
Fargo police say quick thinking from a local resident helped them recover items from at least half a dozen burglaries.
Three men, 20-year-olds Kilar Zimmel and Carter Schulke, and 19-year-old Noah Croaker, face felony charges for unlawful entry and burglary.
Police say people called to report suspicious activity in the Hackberry Drive and Oak Creek Park areas which helped them nab the suspects.
Fargo Police Lieutenant Mike Mitchell says without the tips, many of the items might have been lost for good.
Mitchell adds, “If we don’t catch them in that area, it’s very hard to solve these types of crimes. There were some higher dollar items stolen, and sometimes those items get pawned.”
At least a half dozen vehicles and a garage, most unlocked, were entered.
Police recovered a number of items ranging from electronic gear and clothing to tools.
