Santa Comes to Fargodome…With Cookies!
Families celebrated some early Christmas fun at the Fargodome.
“Cookies with the Claus Family,” is a free event by the non–profit organization Fraser. Families decorated cookies, ornaments and of course got to meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus. There were all sorts of entertainment for kids to enjoy, including the Festival of Trees.
“Everyone who sponsors or decorates a tree should feel very good on Christmas Eve or day when they’re having their Christmas, to know that they made somebody else’s Christmas a lot happier,” says Barb Grabar, Fraser Public Relations Administrator.
Companies and families sponsored and decorated 164 artificial trees this year. The trees will go to families in need. Over the past 14 years, Fraser has given over 2,000 Christmas trees to families.
