The Fargo Emergency Food Pantry Needs Your Help!

The holiday season is one of the busiest for the emergency food pantry, and they’re asking for your help.

The pantry says during the week of Thanksgiving more than 200 families walked through their doors in need of assistance.

The pantry currently needs additional donations of canned fruit, canned tuna, and pastas including macaroni and cheese.

It also is asking for donations of personal hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and razors.

“A lot of people take those things for granted in their own home. We find it easier if somebody’s coming in to get food basket, they maybe got the transportation to get here…we like to be able to provide some of those household and hygiene items for them. It is something they are in need of,” said Stacie Loegering, Executive Director at the Emergency Food Pantry.

The pantry is open for donation drop off from 10:00am to 11:30am and 1:30 to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
