We Took to the Streets to Ask: What Do The Holidays Mean to You?
Everyone has their own traditional ways of celebrating Christmas day.
Here in the valley the holidays often mean different things to different people, whether it’s helping prepare Christmas dinner or spending time with relatives.
We took to the streets to see just what people were doing this Christmas day, and what the holiday means to them.
‘I’ll be hanging out for the afternoon, and then headed to a cabin in Minnesota to hang out with my boyfriend, and his family they invited me there since I’m away from home this year,” said Carly Duffy of Fargo.
Others say snow always makes the holiday.
“I really enjoy the holidays it just a good time of year, and it makes up for the fact that there’s snow everywhere, so it brings a little bit of joy,” said Emmanuel Alaniz of Grand Forks.
However you spend the holiday, here at KVRR we hope that is filled with family, friends, and holiday cheer.
