Sticking To Your New Year’s Resolutions
New Year, new you!
Many are kicking off the year with new resolutions.
People everywhere are looking to make improvements to their life.
With the New Year, comes a new slate and new challenges.
Some find this time as an opportunity to quit bad habits.
We hit the streets of Fargo to see what some people are hoping to change.
“My New Year Resolutions is to quit smoking, I’ve got the patches but I haven’t started yet,” says Fred Taylor of Moorhead.
“Well, I want to lose about 30 pounds, and since we have a baby on the way, I just want to be a good father or a great father. And work hard. And go back to school. That’s the plan for this year actually is to go back to school and start working towards a PhD,” says Michael Holder of Fargo.
Researchers say sharing your goals with others gives you a higher chance at achieving your resolutions.
