Blizzard Bash Returns to Scheels Arena!

Parents and kids of all ages were out enjoying everything winter.

The Fargo and West Fargo Park District joined forces once again hosting Blizzard Bash at Scheels Arena.

The annual free event featured a showing of the movie frozen, carnival games and crafts.

Organizers say what brings families back each year is the opportunity to skate with some of the best.

“The movies are a lot of fun and a lot of kids really like to skate with the Force players. They are players they look up to, depends on the kids, but they really like to meet the Force players and just have a fun day with their families,” said Craig Bjur of the Fargo Park District.

This is the seventh year of the event, which was previously known as Hockey Fest.
