Fire Causes $100,000 in Damage for Fargo Businesses

Fire heavily damages a commercial kitchen in north Fargo.

Firefighters battled flames as well as frigid temperatures, with wind chills well below zero.

Crews were called out to Square One Kitchens at 1407 First Avenue North shortly after 10:45 Monday night.

Flames were shooting from the roof and heavy smoke poured from the building.

Firefighters had to call in backup to battle the blaze, and rotate crews in and out to protect them from the cold.

Surveillance video inside the commercial kitchen business may provide clues as to where and what started the fire.

The building suffered an estimated $100,000 dollars in damage.
