Enhancing kids social graces through tea time.

The Fargo Park District hosts their annual Teddy Bear Tea Parties for children wanting to learn etiquette basics.

Children came dressed with big hats and with their favorite teddy bear.

Bite–size snacks were at hand for kids to practice their eating manners.

Due to popular demand, this is the first year there were two sessions offered.

“As they get older, it’ll help them grow and be polite in society as well as with their siblings and friends or family. And I think it’s just an essential tool for everyone to learn, just to smile and say thank you is just kind of the basics of it, greet people and just be nice to everyone they meet,” says Fargo Park District Program Coordinator Tricia Wehrle.

The Teddy Bear Tea Party is offered every March.
