MSUM Holds Talk for Veterans Seeking Higher Education

MSUM students hosted an informative event for veterans considering higher education.
 
Five MSUM public relations students organized the event.

North Dakota Congressman Kevin Cramer and his District Representative Randy Richards spoke alongside MSUM President Anne Blackhurst about the resources available to veterans.

They want the transition from military life to the educational life to be seamless.

It aids those affected by GI Bill benefits.

“To get veterans partnered up with the tools that are available to them to seek and obtain a higher education degree that would better improve their upward mobility as service. That would be a great blessing to me,” says North Dakota Representative Kevin Cramer.
 
Students are participating in a national public relations competition.

This year’s cause is focused on veterans.
