Team Hinkley Fights Back

Friends and family held a benefit for a Fargo man diagnosed with kidney cancer.
 
Tom Hinkley was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer beginning of last year.

Hinkley had both his kidneys and part of his femur removed.

He has gone through multiple surgeries in the past year.

The fundraiser featured both a silent and live auction to help pay for his medical expenses.

“There are good days and there are bad days. Today is a good day which we’re grateful for so he’s been able to be here and to see all the people that are here to support him, which we love to see. We pray for more good days than bad days and that things work out the ways they are supposed to in the end,” says Tom’s niece, Heather Konschak.
