Concordia’s Bolger Named 1st Team All-American

If Concordia Men’s Basketball’s Jordan Bolger had an incredible season, his off-season is more impressive than knee high corn before the 4th of July.

After having already been named the MIAC MVP, a finalist for the NCAA DIII Player of the Year, and being named to the Reese’s NABC DIII All-Star game, Bolger followed it up Thursday by being named a First Team All-American.

Bolger is only the 4th player in the history of the MIAC to be named a First Team All-American, joining Bethel’s Kyle Zimmerman (2015), St. Thomas’s Isaac Rosefelt (2006, 2007), and Carleton’s Gerrick Monroe (1993).

Bolger plans on attending Dental School at the University of Minnesota. You can watch him in the DIII ASG this Saturday through a stream at d3hoops.com
