No Pants Intruder: West Fargo Couple Wakes to Find Man in Home

A West Fargo couple woke up in the middle of the night to a man standing by their bed.

The intruder, Alton Foltyn of West Fargo, was intoxicated when he entered a home on the 1600 block of 19th Avenue East.

Homeowners Dennis and Pamela Melander said they woke up to find the Foltyn without pants on.

They called the police when he would not leave their home and insisted that was his address.

It is unclear how he entered but the homeowners urge other residents to install deadbolts.

Foltyn is now facing a felony charge for criminal trespass.
