Seniors Take Over Downtown for St. Paddy’s Day Pub Crawl
Nearly 30 seniors hit downtown Fargo this morning to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
Seniors from Touchmark at Harwood Groves, got into the Irish spirit for their third annual St.Paddy’s Day pub crawl.
Dozens got into the festivities with green costumes and even green beer.
Party-goers enjoyed some traditional Irish food and drink.
The crawl started at the Old Broadway for lunch and finished with dessert at the Hotel Donaldson.
“That’s one of the reasons why we live there, because we just don’t sit, watch TV and twiddle our thumbs. We actually get out and do something. It’s just a life enriching experience,” says resident LaVerne Nubson.
The senior pub crawl party group continues to grow in popularity each year.
