Celebrating A Winter Companion, The Crow
As the end of winter makes its way to the valley, the Spirit Room in Fargo is celebrating its favorite winter companion.
Close to 60 artists contributed pieces of art, sculpture and poetry all to celebrate the beloved winter companion, the crow.
The show is held every two years, honoring the crows and ravens keeping us company in the wintertime.
“Crows have always been known as malevolent, but there are also different sides of the crow which is they’re very intelligent birds, they’re mischievous. They’re just very friendly, they’re just kind of like a mystery,” says Spirit Room Assistant, Gisselle Tipp.
The show is non-competitive and open to any artist interested in participating. Pieces are available for sale.
