UND Frozen Four Fans Prepare for Tampa Travels
In just a week, UND fans will make their cross country travels to Tampa for the Frozen Four.
UND alumni are filling a 150 seat charter plane to Tampa which sold out in less than 48 hours.
The North Dakota Champions Club put together the package, including flight, hotel, game tickets and transportation.
Many fans have called since asking about the deal but that’s not stopping their plans to get to Tampa.
“We had about a 1,000 fans down in Cincinnati and the weekend before we were in Minneapolis at the frozen face off and we had about 1,000 people at our pre-game part there we travel so well we’re very lucky to have great fans here in Grand Forks and across the mid-west and the nation,” says North Dakota Champions Club Associate Director, Val Sussex.
There will be a UND pre-game party right across the street from the arena.
The venue holds around a 1,000 people and of course, there will be plenty of UND swag provided.
