Grand Forks Man Pronounced Dead After Crash
The driver of an SUV which rolled upside down into three feet of water Sunday afternoon has died.
Police say 18–year–old Damber Chauhan of Grand Forks was pronounced dead in a local hospital after the crash.
They say only two other passengers were in the vehicle.
One suffered serious injuries and the other reportedly walked away from the accident.
“We will try to determine the cause and whether or not speed and alcohol or what other factors were involved,” says Fargo Police Deputy Chief Joe Anderson.
Police say an autopsy will be done to determine what caused Chauhan’s death.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
