Trial Set for Enderlin Man Accused of Fatal Drive-By Shooting
An Enderlin man accused in a fatal shooting will stand trial next March.
Paul Miller, 28, is charged with murder and reckless endangerment in the death of Billy Holiday.
He’s scheduled for a two-week trial beginning on March 20.
Officials say Holiday was shot in a drive-by after dropping off his son in Enderlin North Dakota last February.
If convicted, Miller could face life in prison without parole.
