Rasmussen College Hosts Health Career Fair in Moorhead

People looking for jobs in the health field got a little help during the semi-annual career fair at Rasmussen College in Moorhead.

Representatives from seven companies in the health field including from Essentia and Sanford set up booths in the college.

The event gives students as well as the public a chance to network with possible employers and also learn more about the career opportunities available in the region.

The event doesn’t only cater to those looking for work in the medical field though.

“A lot of these employers besides having healthcare jobs have jobs in accounting, business, management, security, things like that so just about any job you want to do these employers will have,” said Career Service Advisor at Rasmussen College, Randy Harwood.

With the new Sanford Hospital being constructed in Fargo, healthcare jobs are in high demand in the region.

Some people attending the career fair landed a new job.
