Something Magical is Happening at the Fargo Library

Calling all Harry Potter fans!

The Fargo Library has a number of Potter themed events coming up at a number of its locations.

The first event was held this afternoon at the Dr. James Carlson Library.

Teens decorated coffee mugs to look like Harry Potter while chatting about their love of the series.

The Teen Librarian says events like these are a great way to help teens connect.

“We try and give teens from all around town just a new place to meet, make new friends, get a little artsy and craftsy,” said Bree Schmidt. “Something they can’t necessarily do in school or at some of the other places that offer activities.”

Another session of mug decorating will be held on Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Northport Library.

The Main Library will be hosting another Harry Potter themed event on November 13th at 2 p.m.
