Anheuser-Busch, Dakota Medical Foundation and ND Air National Guard Donate to Essentia Cancer Center

Essentia Health took in a big donation from a local beer distributor.

As part of Anheuser–Busch’s October Michelob Ultra Breast Cancer Awareness promotion, they raised over $6,500.

The Dakota Medical Foundation matched $5,000 of that and the North Dakota Air National Guard raised over $800 on top of that.

All of that money will be going to help pay for expenses and comfort items for women battling breast cancer.

“These funds will help to support them with their travel costs as well as lodging,” said Leah Deyo with Essentia Health. “There are survivors that have to come for treatment every single day for several weeks and so that will support them. Also it will help with providing them wigs.”
